Questions

Common questions.

Still have questions? Call (888) 558-3487, any time.

How much does treatment cost?

It depends on your plan and the care you need. We check your benefits free and explain costs before you decide.

Do you take my insurance?

Most PPO plans, in and out of network, including Anthem, Blue Cross, Cigna and UnitedHealthcare. Medicaid and Medicare are not accepted.

What should I bring?

Photo ID, your insurance card, medications in their original containers, about a week of comfortable clothes and alcohol-free toiletries. Leave alcohol, drugs, weapons and valuables at home.

Can my family be involved?

Yes, with your written permission. We offer family therapy and education.

How long will I stay?

It depends on your needs and progress. Your care team sets the timing with you.

Will my information be kept private?

Yes. Federal law (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2) protects your records, and we never share them with your employer.

Can you help with FMLA or disability paperwork?

Yes. Our team helps with FMLA and short-term disability documentation.

Can I talk to someone first?

Of course. Call any time, day or night. Asking questions commits you to nothing.

Talk with someone who understands what to do next.
